it was some 'DIY PEST CONTROL' thing.
well,i think it meant.
you put some patch thing there to scare away or catch the pest yourself.
then in the end,they put DIY.
isnt that counted as SLAPPING and PIAKING the pest yourself.
well,they wrote the thing catches BIRDS too.
